Information collected

When you request a lesson or share ideal lesson times, we may collect a parent or guardian name, email address, mobile number, athlete names, lesson details, preferred weekly time windows, and payment status. We collect only what is needed to schedule lessons, improve future availability, communicate about requested services, and reconcile payment.

Text messages

If you voluntarily check a text-permission box and submit the related form, RSM Private Tumbling may send automated booking confirmations, lesson-time reminders, attendance follow-ups, friendly unpaid-payment reminders, or an alert when a lesson time matching the preferences you submitted becomes available. A preferred-time alert is not a reservation. Consent is not required to book an available lesson. Message frequency varies, usually 1–5 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

How information is used

Information is used to coordinate lessons, contact families about the requested service, respond to questions, and track whether a selected payment has been received. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing.

Information sharing

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate scheduling, calendar, messaging, or payment workflows, only to provide those requested services. SMS opt-in data and consent are not transferred to any third party for its own use.

Optional personal calendars

If you connect your own Google Calendar, encrypted authorization credentials and your selected destination calendar are stored only to keep your RSM Private Tumbling events synchronized. The service lists writable calendar names and access roles but does not read or ingest unrelated personal events.

Private Apple-compatible subscription links use a random secret token. Only a one-way hash is stored, and revoking or regenerating a link invalidates the old address. Portable calendar files and subscription feeds omit payment information and other families' details.

Choices and questions

You may opt out of reminder texts at any time by replying STOP. You may request correction or deletion of booking information by contacting the coach through the contact information provided during booking.
