Use whatever payment method is easiest for you. Venmo is typical, Zelle is common, and cash is okay too—please don't make a special trip just to pay cash.

Your $135 payment is due by the lesson start time—paying on arrival is fine. If you opt in below and payment is still pending, I'll send a friendly reminder.

More info on payments

Regular lessons. Payment is due by the lesson start time, so paying when you arrive is fine.

Group lessons. Each family's selected share is due 24 hours before the lesson. If you book several dates, only the next group lesson needs to be prepaid at its cutoff.

No surprise changes. A late cancellation or no-show is still responsible for its own share, so your amount will not increase. I prioritize consistency and each athlete's long-term benefit to make continued training easier and more predictable.

Cancellations. Please cancel more than 24 hours before the lesson. Inside that window, your selected share remains due. Payments already sent are not refunded, but a replacement athlete is welcome.

Permanent spots. A permanent weekly spot is paid one month in advance.

A waiver can be completed when you arrive for the lesson.

Meet your coach

Exceptional experience. Grounded coaching.

Head tumbling coach at World Elite for more than a decade and a clinician for USAG Men’s Elite clinics for the past three years. His 17-year elite career included unofficial world-record difficulty: a six-twist backflip and twisting quadruple flip, plus a four-twist double layout and more than seven different triple flips.

A Christian and father of daughters, 9 and 16, he coaches with patience and honesty—never fake spots or tricks—so athletes learn faster and handle fear with strength and integrity.

What to expect for your upcoming lesson

Each one-hour lesson balances learning, skill work, and conditioning.

Learn more

The first 15–20 minutes are usually a warm-up with combinations and drills that teach athletes how to learn and sequence information. The next 10–15 minutes mix gymnastics shapes, alignment, and flexibility. The final 30 minutes blend skills and conditioning.

The goal is to help athletes solve problems when skills feel unfamiliar, learn faster, and build strength and integrity while they work through fear.

A little about me

I've been the head tumbling coach at World Elite for more than a decade. I'm coaching less than full time now so I can spend more time with my daughters, currently 9 and 16.

Learn more

I was a competitive elite gymnast for 17 years. I've served as a clinician at USA Gymnastics Men's Elite camps and am an internationally qualified gymnastics judge. During my competitive career, I unofficially tied two world records for difficulty: a backflip with six twists and a twisting quadruple front.

I'm a Christian and believe how we treat children teaches them how to treat themselves and others. I don't use fake spots or trick kids into attempting skills. Trust is more valuable than getting a skill today, so I coach honestly and build confidence that lasts.
