Terms & Conditions
These terms describe lesson requests, payment responsibility, cancellations, replacements, and text reminders.
Lesson requests
A request reserves an open lesson slot only after the booking is accepted. Families must provide accurate contact information and the number of athletes they are paying for. A waiver may be completed at the lesson.
Preferred-time alerts
Sharing ideal days, times, or time blocks does not book, reserve, or hold a lesson. The information may be used to plan future availability. If you choose text alerts, a message may be sent when a matching time opens, but the time remains available to others until you complete a booking.
Payment
Each parent is responsible only for the posted share for the athletes they are paying for, not for another family's share. Group lesson shares are due 24 hours before the lesson; regular lesson payment is due by the lesson start time. Use whichever is easiest: Venmo is typical, Zelle is common, and cash is okay without making a special trip.
Cancellations and replacements
Please cancel more than 24 hours before the lesson. Inside that window, the selected share remains due. Payments already sent are not refunded, but a replacement athlete is welcome. Another athlete's absence does not increase your posted amount.
Text reminders
By voluntarily checking a text-permission box and submitting the related form, you agree to receive automated messages from RSM Private Tumbling at the mobile number provided. Depending on the form, messages may include booking confirmations, lesson-time reminders, attendance follow-ups, unpaid-payment reminders, or matching-open-time alerts. Consent is not required to book an available lesson. Message frequency varies, usually 1–5 messages per booking; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Personal calendar tools
Calendar connection is optional. RSM Private Tumbling remains the authority for booking status and changes; edits made inside a personal calendar do not change a lesson. Google synchronization and private Apple-compatible subscriptions are one-way convenience tools. A downloaded calendar file is a one-time snapshot and does not receive later updates.
Permanent spots
A permanent weekly spot requires payment one month in advance. Details for a specific booking, including the posted price and cutoff time, control if they differ from this summary.
